Transitioning Youth Services

Citrus Family Care Network provides Transitioning Youth Services (TYS) for all young adults, ages 18-23, who meet eligibility criteria. The TYS Program provides support for youth in foster care and young adults who exit foster care at age 18 to help them achieve permanency, and obtain education, employment and life skills to live independently.
