At Citrus Family Care Network we are working closely with the Florida Department of Children and Families, our Full Case Management Agency partners, and other stakeholders in our System of Care to respond to the unprecedented challenges and impacts on daily life posed by the COVID-19 health emergency.

As our Child Welfare community collaborates in efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19, our focus is on the safety and wellbeing of the children we serve, our caregivers, foster parents, and biological families, as well as our Child Welfare workforce.

While we are implementing teleworking strategies, our team is available to answer questions and provide information. We can be reached at our main number, (305) 455-6000. Questions can be submitted via email to questions@citrusfcn.com and will be answered within one business day.

If you have questions about becoming a Foster Parent, you can reach us at 1-855-786-KIDS (5437), or via email at recruitment@citrusfcn.com.
