Citrus FCN Training strives to support the Department of Children and Families and the Citrus FCN mission by providing a comprehensive training program that enhances frontline staff’s knowledge, skills, and abilities through innovative training and coaching opportunities. The FCN Training Department supports the Miami Dade and Monroe System of care by providing on-going training in various training topics throughout the year. All training courses are offered by certified child welfare trainers or curated subject matter experts.
