Citrus Family Care Network, as Lead Agency, oversees and manages foster care and related services, including child abuse prevention, foster parent recruitment, adoptions, and extended care. We are dedicated to modernizing and improving the coordinated System of Care across Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties to protect children, strengthen families, and ensure effective, high-quality services.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) based on years of employment:

    • From 0- 5 years: 3 weeks of PTO (120) hours

    • From 6-10 years: 4 weeks of PTO (160) hours

    • Starting year 10: 5 weeks of PTO (200) hours
