In this month newsletter youth are being advised, once again, about the additional funding being provided via the Chafee dollars for active clients in EFC, PESS and Aftercare. If you have questions or would like further details please contact your assigned TYS. Please see also enclosed in the newsletter an additional Chafee flyer related to benefits being provided if eligible. The other information enclosed in the newsletter includes an upcoming COVID-19 vaccination event, an upcoming Financial Literacy Course, and information about Hope, Heart & Home Mentoring. We are also continuing to provide information about Hurricane preparedness, employment information, educational support services, and much more. Also enclosed is the Sunshine Health Medical Transitional Funding application.
